About Artesian Plumbing

A Chandler family shop, on the same line since 2005.

Artesian Plumbing is family-owned, licensed and insured, and works on homes and businesses across East Texas. The crew has over 20 years in the trade and 40 years of combined experience.

Rather than tell you how good we are, here is the shop's own paper trail: a badge, a van and a building you can drive past.

The badge

The shop's logo carries the year in the badge itself: Artesian Plumbing, Chandler, LLC, established 2005. Navy field, red ring, a pipe and a roofline in the middle.

2009

The lettered van

By March 2009 an Artesian van was on the road with the shop name, “Remodel & Repair” and a promise painted on the side. Four years in, the family had already decided how the work should go.

Fix it the first time.

The shop on W 2nd St

The office is still in Chandler, in a pale green board-and-batten building with a big tree out front. Residential and commercial, licensed and insured, the same phone number the van carried.

Easy to find, close to the center of town.

That line comes from one Google review, and it is a fair description. The shop sits on W 2nd St in Chandler, and the roadside sign under its little roof carries the name and the number.

In the shop's own words: “We believe in building lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and mutual success.”

What “the first time” looks like.

A homeowner with a new build had called the original plumbers back again and again for a year. Of Artesian the reviewer wrote that they repaired, in a few minutes, “what the original plumbers couldn’t seem to be able to do over the course of an entire year.”

Kelly Fromm compared quotes for a water heater: $3,100 from a company she had used before, $1,750 from Artesian. On the day, the crew “stayed for 10-15 minutes after to make sure no issues!”
